The Winnipeg Local is please to invite any new stewards or interested members to participate in a two day educational course that will give you a better understanding of:

• The structure of the union on a local, regional, and national level

• The roles and responsibilities of union officers and representatives

• Dues structure and policies of the union

• Constitution and local by-laws and the collective agreement

• Basic rights and responsibilities of a shop steward
