Women’s March Canada – Winnipeg March acknowledges that we march on Treaty 1 territory and that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples, and the homeland of the Métis Nation.
WE MARCH ~ in solidarity with women and human rights groups from across the world we will be marching to show that the progress made in 2017 was not enough. There is still so much work to do to protect and advance the rights of women, and the rights of all vulnerable citizens in our country. Together we march again!
